1. Digital Products and Online Services
Due to the nature of digital content and virtual services (including online courses, templates, and downloads), all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.
2. Live Events, Webinars, and Masterclasses
If you register for a live event or online session:

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future event.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your registration to another participant with prior written notice.
3. Subscription or Membership Services
For any recurring subscriptions (if applicable):

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the current billing cycle.

If a trial period was offered, cancellations must occur before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
